It doesn't stop ISPs knowing you're using ST, it is about protecting sensitive data, as such ST Always uses SSL for login and signups. If your ISP mangles your downloads (stops you downloading torrent files) you can select "Protect Downloads". We also provide the ability to use SSSL "always" however this will slow down your experience, and will cause your browser to throw some unavoidable errors.
